I am deathly afraid of dentists due to past experience when I was younger. My mom knew this and recommended ‘a one last time dentist visit’ to Gentle Dental. I was skeptical because of what I knew HAD happened but I gave it a go. She made me an appointment at Gentle Dental. My mom met Rhonda, Diane, and Dr. Jennifer Chace and explained how I didn’t want to come to see a dentist anymore and assured my mom that they would do the best to have me overcome this fear. I went to my appointment terrified as I always had. Got in the chair and was still shaking and came in contact with Dental hygienist Shannon and experience changed me. Moving forward to today, still at Gentle Dental even though I moved from Melbourne into Palm Bay, didn’t change dentists. Through my staying a patient of Gentle Dental, I have been able to interact with their amazing staff… Rhonda, Diane, Holly, Chris, and another amazing hygienist Karen who made it easier to for me to come back. I would highly recommend you giving Dr. Jen and her staff a try… I believe once you do.. you won’t leave.

Gentle Dental is by far the best dentist office in the area. You are always greeted with a smile, when you have an appointment at 2:00 it actually starts at 2:00, as opposed to getting there and waiting for 30 minutes, and the people are great

Right on time which is appreciated. Karen cleaned my teeth… pleasant , experienced. Made a 6 mo appt.

Dr. Jen and her team did an impressively thorough job in diagnosis and treatment of my jaw and sleep issues. I do not have sleep apnea or TMJ dysfunction, but the sleep study showed some evidence of upper airway resistance syndrome, which can negatively affect sleep quality and can be treated with oral appliances. The doctor also noticed some wear on my teeth and suggested that I have a guard made to wear during the day. During the second appointment they used the most advanced techniques to determine the best position for my jaw and scanned my teeth. Today, I got the appliances, and they both fit perfectly with no strain on my jaw muscles. My teeth glide across the guard evenly with no high spots. Now we’ll have to see how it affects my sleep. The staff are very well trained, and Dr. Jen really knows her stuff.

Great dental practice. They are very thorough and patient geared. I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. They are exceptional!

As for Reta and myself think this area of dentistry all personal are very professional, courteous and so happy of life in general. We love ya all.

Drs Greg and Jennifer Chace of Gentle Dental are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I trust them both implicitly with my dental work, and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality dental care with attention to details! Their entire staff of professionals are just that, professional…and friendly!

Yet another great experience at this dental group. I cannot overstate how well this group does from cleanings, to fillings, CAPS, CROWNS and Implants.

I wish I could give Gentle Dental 6 stars. I have a bit of a fear in the dental chair but had an emergency and was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen ASAP. I called Gentle Dental and within an hour they had me in to see Dr. Jennifer Chase. From the moment I arrived, going through the tooth extraction, and their follow up after, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Jen and her entire staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in that chair. I could not recommend them more.

My husband and I have been patients for 15 years, both having extensive dental needs. Each and every time, regardless of the purpose of the visit, we have been treated with respect, been seen on time, have been listened to, and have never felt as though plans of treatment were designed to generate larger payments to them. Front office greats everyone with warmth and familiarity, Rhonda is an insurance wiz, Jennifer has superior expertise in dental hygiene and gifted bedside manner, the assistants show compassion and care, and Dr’s Greg and Jen demonstrate current, up to state treatment techniques, astounding knowledge, and make us feel like family with their compassion and calmness. We choose them and willingly Pau the difference between fees and insurance coverage and will never go elsewhere.
