Gentle Dental came through for me again today! On a Sunday I developed a toothache that was not an emergency, but needed prompt attention. I contacted Gentle Dental through their website and left a message both on-line and by voicemail. I was called just before they opened at 07:55 the following morning letting me know Dr. Shah could see me at 11 a.m. Both Dr. Shah and Emily were professional and efficient, diagnosed the problem and developed an immediate plan of care. The checkout with Diane was quick and easy and, as always, courteous. Accessibility and clinical competence are always important factors for our family when we research our healthcare providers. Gentle Dental has always been professional and made time for evaluations and emergency care. We found Gentle Dental 8 years ago using Angie’s List and have never regretted our decision.

After trying a few recommendations for a dentist, we found Gentle Dental Associates and are extremely pleased. My husband and myself have seen 2 of the 3 dentists, had 3 or 4 different assistants and 2 hygienists. One tooth removal followed by an implant, one new crown, a chipped tooth repair and a new retainer! Several different problems all repaired expertly. Every single encounter exceeded our expectations. The office staff too are pleasant and efficient. We are patients for life.
