First appointment with them today. Was pleased to see they were taking precautionary and safe measures reference the virus. Was greeted by Frank who gave me a tour and made me feel very welcome. I had consultation with Dr. Jennifer. She was great and put me at ease right away. She was very friendly and helpful when she was explaining the treatments I would be needing. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Chace for a second opinion. I was very impressed with the facility and the entire staff. The office has the best modern equipment available and it’s aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Chace is definitely the most thorough dentist I’ve seen. She educated me and took time to answer all of my questions. I was equally impressed with her assistant and how passionate she was about her job. I was presented with a thorough diagnostic plan before any treatment plan. I left feeling valued as a patient, informed, and confident in the doctor.

This visit, as with all visits, everyone was very conscious of my comfort and keeping me informed about what was happening next. Both doctors had worked on replacing a crown that I had destroyed. As always, the work was flawless and very comfortable. The assistant was excellent in her dedication to detail and comfort. Everyone works at making each visit as stress free as possible and they succeed every time.
