Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very personable and concerned for patient comfort, Dr Shah, Assistant Hanna and Assistant Isabella were wonderful !

After an entire weekend of agonizing tooth pain – I made an appt online, when I arrived they had no clue that their corporate office had started letting appts being made online but they were willing to see me and get me out of pain. I was in agony and could barely get through the procedure but Dr. Shah and her assistant were beyond amazing with this not so easy patient. My gratitude knows no bounds for their gentleness and empathy for the pain I was in. Will def be establishing as a regular patient there and anyone looking for a dentist should as well. 10 stars should be an option for this office!

I am completely mesmerized with the attention I received from the staff very satisfied , Iwas driving around from one dental clinic to the next and couldn’t find the help that I needed, everyone else was telling me that I have to make an appointment for another day they didn’t care if I was in pain or uncomfortable with my situation in another one the person at the front desk showed a disrespectful tone of voice to tell me that if I didn’t have an appointment they would not contemplate my needs for assistance. Luckily I keep looking and I arrived at Gentle Dental Associates clinic and everything felt different from the moment I stepped in. The atmosphere of the waiting area was clean and very organized and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating Miss Lory was so helpful and caring and understood my situation and and went far and beyond to help me and after a brief wait she made it possible for me to be looked at by the doctor Miss Chase . The visit went very smooth and pleasant the assistant was very helpful and friendly so the doctor explained to me the plan to resolve my situation very clearly, and got me an appointment within a couple of days . I’m so glad that I found this place and I definitely want to recommend it ☺️ Thank you so very much. Jorge Cohen

They do everything they can to make me as comfortable as possible, and to ease my deeply rooted Dental fears. I have never had a bad experience and have been going to see them now for well over a decade. They are family owned and run, and truly a caring practice. They even sent me condolences cards when family members passed way. They’re amazing.
